 Day 2: Formatting and Sorting Data

- Filtering data (AutoFilter)
Practical Exercise: Create a sales table with conditional formatting to highlight sales over 1000.

 Day 3: Basic Formulas and Functions
Objectives:

- Enter basic mathematical formulas - Use simple functions

- Difference between formulas and functions - Basic arithmetic operations (+ - * /) - SUM function - AVERAGE function - MIN and MAX functions - COUNT function
Practical Exercise: Calculate the total and average grades or product prices.

 Day 4: Managing Tables and Merging Data

- Organize data effectively within tables
Content:
- Creating tables (Insert Table) - Table formatting - Sorting data within tables - Merging cells - Freezing panes (Freeze Panes) - Auto Fill using the fill handle
Practical Exercise: Create an employee salary table with sorting and freeze the top row.

 Day 5: Charts and Printing Preparation
Objectives:

- Visually present data - Prepare the file for printing
Content:
- Types of charts (Column, Pie, Line) - Creating and formatting charts - Print settings (Margins, Orientation, Preview) - Inserting Header/Footer - Saving as PDF
Practical Exercise: Create a chart from a sales table and prepare it for printing.

 Final Notes:
